這是一個很好玩的食譜,因為不同油溫,炸出來的麵筋口感大有不同 炸麵筋,我做過不少於10次,雖然不算多,但每次都有新的體驗,頭幾次,以為自己炸得已經很好,但最近兩次才讓自己發現,之前的只是炸得起,有一種死韌,煮半天不入味😅 This is a fun recipe because the gluten tasting very different when you fry it at different oil temperatures I have made gluten no less than 10 times. Although it is not too many, I have a new experience every time.
