Homemade Meatloaf with Pepper and Onion Relish 2 1/2 pounds ground beef 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash original seasoning 1 cup finely diced green pepper 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix 2 eggs 15 ounces diced tomatoes, drained 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats 1/2 cup tomato sauce heaping 1/2 cup Pepper & Onion Relish in the meatloaf mixture heaping 1/2 cup Pepper & Onion Relish on top Preheat your oven to 375°. Prepare your meatloaf baking pan by spraying with nonstick spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, Mrs. Dash, diced green pepper, onion soup mix, eggs, diced tomatoes, quick cooking oats, tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup of pepper and onion relish. Mix everything together well using your hands. Scoop the meatloaf mixture into your prepared loaf pan, mound on top, and cover with the remaining 1/2 cup of pepper and onion relish. Bake for one hour to one hour 15 minutes or until the center of the meatloaf is done. Do not over bake.
