📋 INGREDIENTS:
- 1 liter / 4 cups / 34 fl. oz. of milk
- 120g / ½ cup / 4.2 fl. oz. of unsweetened natural yogurt
If it's cold where you live, you can do as I do and preheat the oven to 60° C / 140° F for 10 minutes. Then, turn off the oven and wait for it to cool down, then place the mixture inside to ferment. If the room temperature is warm, you can put it in a closed cupboard.
Every 100g of yogurt (2/5 cup / 3.5 fl. oz.) has, on average, 69 calories, 4g of carbohydrates, 4g of protein and 4g of fat.
