Homemade Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Ingredients:
• ½ red bell pepper, chopped
• ½ green bell pepper, chopped
• ½ small onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• Shaved ribeye steak
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 4 slices provolone cheese
• Hoagie rolls
• Garlic Parmesan butter (for spreading)

Instructions:
1. Sauté the Vegetables
• Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
• Add chopped red and green bell peppers, onions, and cook until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
• Stir in 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and cook for another minute. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Cook the Steak
• In the same pan, add the shaved ribeye steak.
• Season with onion powder, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
• Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and cook until the steak is browned and cooked through.
3. Combine & Melt Cheese
• Add the sautéed peppers and onions back into the pan with the steak.
• Mix everything together and cook for another minute.
• Lay 4 slices of provolone cheese on top of the steak mixture and let it melt.
4. Toast the Hoagie Rolls
• While the cheese is melting, toast the hoagie rolls in a separate pan or oven until golden brown.
• Spread a layer of Garlic Parmesan butter onto the toasted rolls for extra flavor.
5. Assemble & Serve
• Load up the toasted hoagie rolls with the cheesy steak mixture.
• Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Philly Cheesesteak!
