For salted caramel:
-dates - 300g / 10oz
-peanut butter - 100g / 3.5oz
-hot plant milk - 90ml
-coconut oil - 50ml
-salt to taste
For the base:
-oatmeal - 120g / 4oz
-sunflower seeds - 60g / 2oz
-maple syrup - 40ml
-cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
-coconut oil or peanut butter if needed (to make the mixture sticky)
-roasted peanuts - 50g / 1.7oz
-dark chocolate for decoration
