100 ml vegetable oil
200 ml yogurt
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast
600 gr flour
For the Filling:
4 bunches of spinach (chopped)
150 gr white cheese (crumbled)
For Brushing Between the Layers:
100 gr melted butter
60 ml vegetable oil
Baking:
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
