INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk 1 cup
Keep stirring
Cook on medium flame
Thick consistency (cooking time apx. 10-12 mins)
Let it cool down
Whipping cream 1 cup
Beat for 1 min
Grate 5-6 strawberries
Thick milk mixture
Strawberry essence 1 tsp
Pink food color (optional)
Beat for 2 mins
Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or over night

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
