HOMEMADE STROMBOLI MADE EASY
Dough
1 Cup warm water 110°
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
Add water, yeast, sugar and salt to the mixing bowl, mix and let sit 5 minutes. Start mixing in flour till all incorporated and forms a ball. Kneed for 4 minutes if you dont have a mixer with a dough hook.
Add dough to an oiled bowl, cover and let sit for 1 to 1.5 hours (not in refrigerator) needs to be in a room temperature to warm area.
Once dough has tripled in size, turn it out on a floured hard surface and roll into a rectangle. Fill with your desired fillings. Roll, vent, and put either flavored oil or egg wash all over top and sides.
Nake 425° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let rest for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy !!!
