2 pounds of pork butt meat/pork shoulder
*300 grams of pork fat
4-5 sausage casings
*If you can't find fat, you can use pork belly to make sausage
Marinate ingredients:
2Tbsp sugar
2Tbsp honey
3tsp salt
1tsp onion powder
1/2 ginger powder
1/2 13 spices
1/2 white pepper powder
