For dough:
Flour - 800 grams,
Vegetable oil - 100 grams,
Water - 200 grams,
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Filling:
Jusai (Chinese onion/Asian chives) - 5 large bunches,
Eggs - 8 pieces,
Salt - 1 or 2 teaspoons (to taste)
Ground black pepper - 1 or 2 teaspoons (to taste)
Vegetable oil for frying.
