Welcome to my Quick Ride of the Honda NX500. Successor to the already popular CB500X mode.
I was pleasantly surprised about the feel of the bike and I suspect there might even be a pretty seruous adventurebike hidden in this package. Chill riders are going to find a very capable bike from the NX500 and a bit more hardcore owners can probably get something interesting out of this bike with a few big mods from Rally-Raid etc.
I didn't have possibility to do anything crazy offroad with the bike running road tires but I tried to feel out the suspension is it completely useless or not and I think anyone not doing hard offroad can easily travel with this bike even with the sock suspension setup. The bike felt surprisingly comfortable taking in potholes and traveling on gravel roads.
With the success of the CfMoto MT450 I think this is a bike some people might be cross shopping with that one. For offroad use the MT450 is going to be superior but with a few mods I think this Honda can give that MT450 a run for it's money :-)

Weight: 82 kg without riding gear
Height: 174 cm (5ft 8.5in)
Inseam: 32 in (82cm)
I found it easy to flat foot the NX500 on both sides. Putting in +20mm setup from Rally-Raid should not make the bike too hard to handle in any situation with my measurements. Stock seat height is 830mm and with RR level 2 it is 850 mm which is still very manageable.
