In this video, we start the process of assembling a mini-me vtec build Honda engine. the bottom end is from a D15Z4 non-vtec and the cylinder head is a P08 SOHC vtec head from a D16Z6. We clean all the bolts and bolt holes, fit the crank and girdle, gap the rings for boost and fit the water pump/tensioner pulley. The plan for this engine is to be boosted with the aim of about 200whp/150wkw using all stock and spare shop parts.
