Honduran Semitas, a type of traditional yolk bread in the Honduran Bakery. A biscuit bun that we eat with coffee or hot drink of preference.It is a bun whose dough is enriched with typical ingredients of a Brioche and covered with one or two layers of a dough similar to cookie dough, which must be joined with the dough of the bun to form a ring, repulgue or edge. The biscuit top layer, cracks in the fermentation and baking, standing out in sight, a rustic decoration.This homemade bread or artisanal bread is aromatic and crispy. It looks slightly similar to the Mexican Shell; and although it shares the same name, it should not be confused with "Mexican Cemita" or "Poblana Cemita"
