Plot Summary:
Hoodlum Empire follows the story of Joe Gray (John Russell), a former gangster who leaves behind a life of crime to serve in World War II. After returning from the war, Joe is determined to start fresh and lead an honest life. However, his past continues to haunt him as the criminal underworld demands his return. The mob leaders expect him to resume his role in their operations, threatening him with severe consequences if he refuses. Meanwhile, the U.S. government is cracking down on organized crime, and Joe finds himself caught between two powerful forces.
