马耳是一种福建传统小吃,因形似马耳朵而得名。制作过程基本与油条一样,只不过中间加夹了糖馅,色泽金黄,外酥香,内嫩软甜润。
主要食材:面粉300克,白糖20克,酵母3克,温水130克,黑芝麻30克,白糖60克。
Horse ear is a traditional Fujian snack, named after its shape. The production process is basically the same as that of the fried dough sticks, except for the sugar filling in the middle, the color is golden, the outside is crisp and fragrant, the inside is tender, soft and sweet.
