Hot hide glue has been in use for millennia. Wood parts glued with hot hide glue (NOT the more modern "hot glue" usually found in stick or chip form) can be separated later with little to no damage to the wood, making it preferred by luthiers, cabinet builders and woodworkers in general.
Want to buy our hide glue?
On eBay: https://www.ebay.com/str/raglandpianocompany and type "hide glue" in the search bar.
On Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=hide&me=A1PB4XOWGPDA5X&ref=nb_sb_noss
And no, I didn't really eat the glue, that was prop glue made from brown sugar.
