Panelists will discuss and share their insights on the roots and sources of asylum law, the legal standards for asylum claims (especially within the context of a volatile political landscape), and common barriers asylum seekers face. Panelists will also highlight current pro bono opportunities available for legal practitioners to assist noncitizens seeking asylum.
