Ingredients
Carrot-1
Potato-2
Beans-12-15
Big Onion-1/2 of small
Curry leaves-1 string
Water-2cup
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves-few
Curd-2tbsp
Cashewnuts-6
For the masala paste
Big onion-1/4 of 1
Ginger-small piece
Garlic-1clove
Green chilli-1-2
Curry leaves-5-6 leaves
Cloves-1
Cinnamon-1 small
Cardamom-1
Fennel Seeds-1/4tsp
Grated Coconut-4tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1/4tsp
Method
Wash and peel vegetables..Cut into small pieces(potato,carrot,beans) ..(if u want u can include cauliflower ,green peas etc)
In a cooker add all these vegetable along with 1/2 of a big onion (sliced ) and water โฆ
Cook until done..(one whistle is enough)
Let it cool down and open the cooker and set aside
Add all ingredients listed in masala paste into a blender and make a very fine paste ..
Add this paste to the ย cooked vegetable along with salt and allow to boil ..
Stir well until the boiling point .. Allow to thicken the gravy to a semi medium consistency ..
Garnish with coriander leaves ..
