Hello guys note 1 kg small recipe for home cooking.

Oil/ghee....1/2 cup 50g
Onion 1 medium size
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbl spn
Tomato paste 2 small size
Red chilli powder 1 tbl spn
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tea spn
Crushed coriander 1 tbl spn
Cumin powder 1/2 tea spn
Whole green chilli 5
Carrot Cube 200g 1cup
Cauliflower's Cube 200g 1cup
Potato cube 250g
Capsicum 200g 1 cup
Green pease seeds (mattar) 100g 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder 1/2 tbl spn
Garnish with Green coriander leaves.
