公司寮聚落位於縱貫鐵路海線的龍港車站旁, 後龍溪出海口的南岸, 是一個有三百年歷史的漁業聚落, 由於公司寮港的船運之利, 附近的同興老街成為貨物集散地, 市街繁榮。然而隨著港口淤積, 船運沒落, 同興老街隨之沒落，老街街屋建築彷彿歲月凝結，保持舊貌，而吸引懷舊旅人的到訪。
Gongsiliao village is located next to Longgang Station, which runs through the Coastal Line of the Taiwan North-South Railway, on the south bank of the estuary of Houlong River. Gongsiliao is a fishing village with a history of 300 years. Due to the advantages of shipping to Gongsiliao Port, the nearby Tongxing Old Street had become a distribution center for goods, and the street was prosperous. However, with the silting up of the port and the decline of shipping, Tongxing Old Street has been also declined. The buildings on the old street seem to have been condensed by the years, maintaining their old appearance and attracting nostalgic travelers to visit.

悠遊公司寮漁港、漁村、同興老街, 建議停留時間約半天。
It is recommended to stay for about half a day for a leisurely tour of the company's Liao fishing port, fishing village, and Tongxing Old Street.

龍港五福宮設有公廁。
There is a public toilets in Longgang Wefu Temple.
【交通資訊】（Traffic Information）
★大眾運輸：建議搭乘台鐵西部幹線 (海線) 至龍港車站。
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「龍港車站」，即可抵達目的地。前站、後站路邊及公司寮漁港都有空地可以停車。
★Public transportation: It is recommended to take the Western Main Line of Taiwan Railway (Hai Line) to Longgang Station.
★Drive by yourself: Enter "Longgang Station" in the satellite navigation of Google Maps to arrive at the destination. There are vacant spaces for parking at the front station, the back station roadside and the company's Liao fishing port.
