This is a long, possibly boring, unrehearsed video on how to change out a bad Zoom fork on a HovAlpha E-bike. It is unedited for sound or brevity. I 'winged it' for the most part, and I am not a pro at holding a phone and tools at the same time. I used the wrong names for some things and pretty much just made it happen. That's what I do. I just get 'er done.
