In todays video we bring you a first look behind the scenes on how a 1600hp Coyote engine is made from start to finish.  Spanish version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMgiHEUY33Q The process starts with a brand new factory Ford Coyote short block. The engine is inspected and then moved down the production line into the CNC machine. The bore process is then started, It gets rough bored. The CNC machine then gets the finish boring bar in to get the block sleeves to the right size. The next step is the circle interpolate the block for the flange. Final step is now to chamfer the block, deburring, and sleeves will get sized and picked out then installed, Honing, and decking process.
