Is it possible to do a big European road trip with no charge stop planning? Every year we try to drive down to the Italian Alps to get some walking, sun, and great food and wine. This year we've made the journey in our trusty Kia e-Niro. By today's standards, it's pretty slow to rapid charge (10-80% in 44 minutes) so how will it fare? It's a long way and our daughter hates lengthy car journeys, so we stayed at hotels along the way (booking them the day before for added excitement). Finding hotels with chargers certainly makes the trip a little more pleasant although, as you'll see, don't rely on them always working! — Support the channel!
