Hello, beautiful you!
Something I have been trying to intentionally cultivate & grow in this season of life, is learning to fall in love with who I am & embracing my true, authentic self with open arms. My dad wrote me a poem for my 16th birthday over 11 years ago (in which I share at the end of this video), gently reminding me of my uniqueness & the gift of being me in this world. As is true of you, too. YOU are a gift to this world. May we recognize & embrace our uniqueness & the beauty that shines from within us & through our own cracks & scars. I love this quote from Brené Brown, she says, ‘True belonging never asks us to change who we are. It demands that we be who we are’. Let it be so. Let us lean into the gift of being our unique, intricately created selves & shine. ✨
