Mistake (In the HVAC unit there is one blower only available its placed behind the evaporator )
Main Components of a Car AC System
Compressor 🌀
The "heart" of the system, driven by the engine via a belt.
Pressurizes the refrigerant gas (usually R-134a or R-1234yf) and sends it to the condenser.
Condenser 🌡️
Works like a small radiator (located in front of the car’s main radiator).
Cools and converts the high-pressure gas into a liquid by dissipating heat into the outside air.
Expansion Valve / Orifice Tube ❄️
Controls refrigerant flow into the evaporator.
Reduces pressure, causing the refrigerant to expand and cool rapidly.
Evaporator 🌬️
Located inside the dashboard, it absorbs heat from the cabin air.
As warm air passes over the cold evaporator coils, the refrigerant inside evaporates, cooling the air.
Blower Fan 🌪️
Pushes the cooled air into the cabin through vents.
Receiver-Drier / Accumulator 🔄
Filters moisture and debris from the refrigerant to prevent system damage.
