So questions get asked about belt sizes and how do they affect the performance of your scooter. Well, I have not seen to may videos or at least a general video on what does a wider or longer or narrow and shorter belt will do in your CVT transmission. Currently, I have an 835x20x30 belt and I am going to an 842x20x30. While I loved the shorter belt for my rocket-like takes off I do want my top end back. Let's face it I live in Texas (Houston) so it's very flat with no hills so other than take off I don't need that extra torque.
Watch as I install this longer wider belt and as I do a test drive. I intended to just ride around with it and report the feel but I got carried away and took her on the freeway.
