The theme park experience is often notorious for one thing - queues. It's never fun to find out that every major attraction at a theme park has a wait time in excess of 60 minutes. But as much as we all get frustrated by this, theme parks are working their hardest to keep these queues as short as possible. In this video, we explore how theme parks keep wait times as low as possible; through concepts like fast passes, boarding procedures and even ride design.
