Filson makes some WARM wool jackets. However they also make the WARMEST wool jacket (or coat). So what makes the warmest coat? Is it warmer than down? Sadly no. Down is king but still this is warm enough for most things you can throw at it. The only real question is, is this jacket warmer or better than Filson's Packer?
