Hi everyone!
Decided to do a more up to date version of how I currently draw eyes. This is not an anatomy of the eye tutorial; there are plenty of those around. This is more a basic run through of my process and personal taste when drawing and painting eyes.
A few other things I'd like to point out: There are many different eye types and shapes, which I have not covered; this is just my go-to way of painting right now. I also generally work on 2 layers; one sketch layer and one colour layer throughout a drawing (until I merge into a single render layer).
I could create a more in-depth tutorial on eye shapes, referencing from photos, etc if anyone would like that; just let me know!
Brush I was using was the 6B default Procreate brush for the sketch, and then moved onto Max Ulichney's "Gouache Clean" from his Gouache MaxPacks, linked here: https://maxpacks.com/
