I was introduced to the benefits of apple cider vinegar by a dear friend of mine who is very knowledgeable about the holistic approach to healing the human body. I tried this drink and fell in love with it right away. Many times I either drink it diluted with water, or sometimes I make it taste sweeter by adding honey to it. I like it nice and warm either on an empty stomach or after meals, anytime of the day or night. It's become by immune booster drink for me and my whole family. The benefits are amazing and I've noticed an improvement in my overall physical appearance and overall health. I hope you guys can look into it too and decide for yourself whether you are suitable or not. I do understand everyone's health condition is different. To my knowledge, I believe if you have an ulcer or taking any diabetic medicine, it's best to avoid. Other then that, please consult a trusted physician to make sure you are compatible with this drink.
