Dear reader,
Since we’re in the beginning of the year I thought I’d share a few things I wish I could go back and tell myself when I was trying to lose weight. I wasted so much time dieting and making myself miserable doing difficult HIIT workouts…I just ended up never keeping up with my goals and I usually ended up gaining more. I only reached my goals when I shifted my mindset and took a different approach. I feel like no one talks about this because they’re always trying to promote toxic diet culture so I just wanted to be a grounded voice as always. I hope you enjoy!
