Hello everyone and welcome to my latest video. There were some comments from various videos over the years I've been sharing these reviews about how I take notes.
Now, the way I take notes is MY WAY. It is not the RIGHT way nor the ONLY way. It's simply the way that works for me over years of doing it this way. Also, I'm not studying nor read in order to gain an accreditation or for formal study. I read and then use the reading experience as a prompt into reflective writing into a journal.
There are many different apps and methods you can use and also different ways to categorise. In my method, I try not to overthink these because they interrupt the reading - and most important - the reflective writing process. If I can lessen the mental load in deciding what colour post it notes to use when and where - this free flowing aspect works for me. It may not work for you.
