It's time for yet another ROM Hack Oak Challenge! I haven't actually tried doing this since Blue Kaizo, and since I'm not interested in touching Gen 2 with a 10 foot pole for a few more months outside of the PokeWalker POC, I figured a Gen 4 ROM hack with such hype behind it like Renegade Platinum would be the best bet.
