Yes, I know siphoning that much gamma radiation from the surrounding environment would be near impossible without use of something like a worm hole or pocket dimension. I also know reverting back into Bruce Banner from Hulk form would level any nearby cities, but this just the only explanation I have, so it's what I've gotta go with.
