How the narcissist creates the illusion. In the beginning of the relationship, the narcissist plants the seeds of illusion into your mind having you believe that they are the best person you’ve ever met and that the relationship will carry you forward. This is nothing but an illusion. The narcissist was wearing a mask to manipulate you and entrap you in that relationship. Once they know they have you they give you different illusions that they are changing. They are improving. They are thinking about you. They do care about you they do love you, but none of this is true. This is called the devaluation stage. And once the ending of the relationship comes to fruition meaning you are discarded or you end yourself there is another illusion of what once was and what will never be again. You see the narcissistic relationship is nothing but a master illusion played by the puppet master, the narcissist themselves. These people are toxic they should not be your life. My suggestion is to go no contact block them delete them and remove all flying monkeys and people associated with them if not now when. Namaste
