How the scapegoat survivor can recover faith in themselves

Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In today's video I explain how the scapegoat child often has to configure parts of themselves to survive narcissistic abuse. The child sends the part that felt devalued, deprived and trapped into exile. With therapy and inner work the scapegoat survivor can cultivate an attitude of faith, patience and love towards this part. The goal is to increase the sense of belongingness amongst all of one's parts. I use a case example to illustrate throughout.
