White Raw Rice-2 Cups Or 450 Grams
Take Out 2 Cups Or 225 Grams of the white rice flour
salt-1/8 Tsp
Little more then 1/2 Tsp of turmeric powder
Water-3/4 Cup Or 180 ML
Butter-Rasins-1/3 Cup Or 60 Grams
Cashew nuts-1/3 Cup Or 45 Grams
Moong dal-1 Cup + 1/4 Cup Or 280 Grams (Roasted)
Sugar-1 Cup Or 230 Grams
scraped Coconut-2 Cups Or 190 Grams (Roasted)
Salt-1/4 Tsp
Cardamom Powder-1 Tsp
Roasted Red Rice Flour-1/2 Cup Or 85 Grams
1st & 2nd Coconut Milk-1/2 Cup + 1/4 Cup Or 185 ML (One Boil)
Oil for frying
