In this video I demonstrate how to adjust the free stroke and lever reach on any Shimano Di2 shifter lever. While I use the Shimano Dura-Ace 12-speed ST-R9270 levers in this video, the process I show you is basically the same for all Di2 models including GRX, 105, Ultegra and Dura-Ace. Where there is a slight difference, I show you what to look out for. I also share with you 3 important tips and tricks that are often overlooked and misunderstood.
