This is how to air fry frozen fish in just a few minutes. I had some frozen tilapia in my freezer that I didn’t want to wait to thaw. So instead, I cooked the tilapia from frozen in my Go Wise air fryer. It actually took less time to cook frozen fish in the air fryer than to wait for the fish to thaw.
