►Now that the engine is stripped down to its last component and cleaned, Tyler and Mike can begin reassembly. Forged JE pistons and connecting rods bolted to a new crankshaft are the main upgrades to the B58 and should provide enough strength to move beyond the 1000hp barrier. However, it's all of the little stuff that happens during engine assembly that matters most. Parts must be clearanced, checked, and torqued in the correct order to ensure proper health under extreme conditions. Just a single bolt or nut out of place can mean catastrophic failure.
