In this video I will be discussing how to backsweeten a cider that has been fermented under pressure. The process for normal backsweetening requires that the cider be at 1 atmosphere of disolved CO2 or less, but when you pressure ferment you are unlikely to be able to move cider without serious foaming and a high chance of Oxygen introduction! This video shows my process to backsweeten a pressurized fermentation!
