Ingredients:
300g bread flour
100g active sourdough starter
6g salt
250g pumpkin puree (adjust based on its moisture content)
50g pumpkin seeds
Preheat the oven and container to 250C/480F in advance
Cover the dough and bake at 230C/445F for 30 minutes
Remove the lid, turn to 200C/390F, and bake for another 15 minutes
