5 lb (54.1%) — Maris Otter
3 lb (32.4%) — Flaked Corn
1 lb (10.8%) — Pilsner Malt
4 oz (2.7%) — Munich Malt
0.5 oz (14 IBU) — Motueka — Boil — 60 min
0.5 oz (8 IBU) — Motueka — Boil — 20 min
1 oz (6 IBU) — Motueka — Boil — 5 min
