How to Build a Bookshelf with Hidden Storage Drawers

In this video, I'm sharing how I built this DIY bookshelf with "hidden" storage drawers! While the drawers in this project aren't necessarily HIDDEN, at first glance, you may just think these are really thick shelves. But the shallow drawers are a great place to store away remotes in a living room, your secret candy stash in a pantry...or whatever else you want to hide away! NOTE: At 3:36, when I installed the back panel, I said verbally that I cut it from 3/4" plywood. But I misspoke. I cut this from 1/4" plywood as you can see in the video.
