How to build a DIY cattle panel greenhouse Part 2

We wanted to be able to start more plants and winter over larger plants and shrubs. So the logical solution was to build a bigger greenhouse. We decided to build a cattle panel greenhouse. Cattle panels are inexpensive for the most part, easy to install, and easy to cover with greenhouse film or plastic sheeting. Cattle panels also allowed us to build a wider greenhouse if we used a raised platform. By using posts and framing up to 30 inches high, we were able to expand our greenhouse width and build a 10 foot wide by 16 foot long greenhouse with peak arch at 7ft tall. We opted to skin our greenhouse with plastic sheeting since our summers are so hot and we'll only have to have the green house 3, maybe 4 months of the year.
