This is a video about how we build Patio Rooms. This room had one slider, and was mostly windows, with solid kickplates and transoms. This is all designed and ordered before hand. I tried to go a little more in depth about drainage with patio rooms in generally and making sure water is not flowing towards the room in your yard. This room included Dual Pane, Low-E windows with Argon gas to prevent heat and cold transfer through wall system and thermal epoxy breaks in the channels. We look forward to sharing more of our backyard projects with you all soon.

-Always Hire a Licensed Professional when installing these patios, the methods and techniques that I use are ways that work for me, not for necessarily for everyone. Safety is the most important thing when building these rooms and patio covers.
