Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 10-minute core workout that you can do at home. Having a strong core will have so many significant benefits on your football performance. Performing core exercises and having a strong core has been suggested that it can prevent injuries, relieve strain on the lower back, improve balance and stability, help you run faster, and make it easier to perform day-to-day activities. Look to perform the core workout in this video around 2-3 times a week, decreasing the rest time as it becomes less difficult.
