In this video, I go over how I built an input buffer and an output/effects loop insert into my Pedaltrain pedalboard. If you want to recreate this build, the parts list is included below. Note that the buffer circuit was completed per the instructions for the kit. The footswitch, LED, and battery connector were deleted from the build. Parts List: Hammond 1590ABK Enclosure: http://a.co/72GQU8n Neutrik 1/4" Switching Jack: http://a.co/cRgfPAp GLS Audio Open Frame 1/4" Jack: http://a.co/ce2DFV6 2.1mm DC Power Jack: http://a.co/9q5Nt8z General Guitar Gadgets IC Buffer Kit: https://store.generalguitargadgets.com/kits/add-on-kits/ic-buffer-kit.html Sheet metal screws can be sourced from any hardware store. I used #8 x 1/2". Here's a link to a great wiring diagram on Stinkfoot that should help you better understand the wiring for the switching jacks. http://stinkfoot.se/archives/1184 Contents: Mocking Up The Output Enclosure: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=2m59s How To Attach Enclosure To Pedaltrain: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=4m26s Fitting Components In Output Enclosure: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=6m47s How Switching Jacks Function: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=9m39s Wiring Diagram Breakdown: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=10m43s Mocking Up Input Buffer: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=18m4s Attaching Enclosures To Pedaltrain: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=20m49s Outro: https://youtu.be/aLkCGMT56Hk?t=24m36s
