The question asked was- Sometimes one gets the feeling that not enough is being done to progress on the spiritual path. How can one build that spiritual discipline, keep oneself motivated and not stress out too much.
Om Swami says that there are two ways to go beyond this feeling of not doing enough. One is to honestly ask oneself if they are doing their best, and if they are then there is no more to be done. The second way is to follow the instructions of their guru. The guru after assessing a person assigns a particular path for them which when followed is enough. If the instructions are not being followed, then one has to overcome the feeling of not doing enough on their own says Om Swami. He says that while getting to the destination the journey towards it should be enjoyed and the way to being motivated while on the journey is to keep challenging oneself.
