This is a quick tutorial on how to assemble a PVS-14 at home, with minimal tools and equipment. This was requested by several people, and since we needed to build another PVS-14 anyway, we figured it would be a good educational opportunity. Understandably, the purists in the night vision world might scoff at someone building their own devices, but we think this is valuable knowledge to have, especially in today's world of shortages and substandard quality. Not everyone will agree, and that's fine.
